Payment For all of our cottages we require a deposit of 50% of the total rental price at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. Please make all cheques payable to ‘Eels Lake Cottages & Marina’. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac and Cash. All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes are extra. Security Deposits A security deposit of $250 is required at check in unless a valid credit card number is provided. This is to cover any loss or damage to the cottage, or to items lent to you or your party during your stay. The deposit will be refunded to you 2 weeks after check out, provided the cottage and all items are returned in good condition. Check In/Check Out Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 9am. There will be no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. We reserve the right to substitute accommodation or amenities where circumstances dictate. Please note that weekly cottage rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Extra People Additional persons per cottage beyond the prescribed number allowed are $175 per person/per week or $30 perperson/per day Cancellations The deposit is refundable less a $150 adminstration fee if notice is received 30 days prior to reservation date. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for any loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. |

*During HIGH season, priority is given to weekly rentals. Long Weekend rentals can only be confirmed 10 prior to arrival date. **Daily rates are based on a minimum 2 night stay during mid & low season. Not applicable during high season and long weekends. All weekly and long weekend rentals come with our basic boat & motor package. Boat and motor upgrades are available at the time of booking. Tax is extra. |
